Kampala, Uganda, July 29, 2026 - National Unity Platform Buganda deputy president Muhammad Muwanga Kivumbi resurfaced at Nateete Police Station after about 19 days of uncertainty, conflicting security accounts and a pending High Court habeas corpus application.
