Tshisekedi Inaugurates Lovoyi Drinking-Water Plant in Haut-Lomami

Lovoyi, July 2026 - President Tshisekedi inaugurated a drinking-water plant at Lovoyi in Haut-Lomami valued at about $13 million and expected to serve more than 230,000 residents.

Authorities presented the project as evidence of state investment in basic services outside Kinshasa.
