Onokomba Transferred to Makala After Months at Ndolo Military Prison

Kinshasa, July 2026 - Nathanaël Onokomba was transferred to Makala prison after nearly seven months at Ndolo military prison, in a case that has also seen jurisdictional disputes between military and civilian justice.

Earlier procedural decisions included a finding of lack of competence by the Kinshasa/Gombe military garrison court and retransmission of the file toward higher military prosecution channels.
