What Bill Gates saw at the Mwulire Health Center

Bill Gates arrived in Rwamagana District on Monday with the Minister of Health, Dr Sabin Nsanzimana, the Governor of Eastern Province, Pudence Rubingisa, the Mayor of Rwamagana District, Mbonyumuvunyi Radjab and various others.

He said, "He appreciated how clean our health center is, he appreciated the way we use technology in medicine, every service he went to asked the doctors what is the point of not using paper anymore but using technology for everything.
